SINGLE STANDARD LESSON
1-1 Hour Session
This lesson is our standard 1 hour introduction to surfing and is broken up into three stages.
Beach safety talk and explanation of conditions and any dangers present at the time including learning about the surfboard and its parts
Explain and demonstrate-paddling position, catching waves, toboggan take off, prone rides, board trim and control - In water practice.
Explain and demonstrate-paddling take off, prone to standing techniques, stance riding, trim and board control - In water practice all done in waist to depth water.
