CREDIT RETURNS POLICY
If you are disappointed by the style, sizing, fabric – or genuinely just gutted… Then you are welcome to return the item for a Outback Surf Shop credit. With this credit, you will be able to purchase something else that you absolutely LOVE ! The amount of this credit will be less any shipping paid with your order and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. It can be used as payment toward any purchase with Outback Surf Shop, except for gift cards.Please note: We do not have to provide a refund if you have simply "Changed your Mind”, so be sure to "LOVE IT” !! As once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. 


Certain Conditions Apply;
1: RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING OR THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST. WE WILL NOT PROCESS RETURNS IF NOT WITHIN THIS TIME-FRAME. This may seem strict - However, if a longer time-frame were given, it would be difficult to resell the item when all other sizes have sold out.

2: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED: Earrings, Underwear, Swimwear all sunglasses, surfboards, skateboards, and hardware accessory purchases are non-refundable & non-exchangeable, including any of our BIG sale items! Also note - when purchasing sale items make sure that you "LOVE IT” as credits, exchanges or refunds are not offered on our sale items.

3: AVAILABILITY- Popular items may sell out quickly. If an item has sold out in your size we apologise but cannot guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. In the event of your item becoming unavailable to send, you will be presented with the opportunity to opt for a replacement or refund. We will do our very best to ensure that your order is completed, and endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note: We DON'T DO exchanges, only CREDITS . This is due to the high sell-out rate we have on products.

HOW TO RETURN
* Email us at shoponline@www.outbacksurf.co.nz to let us know you wish to return an item for instore credit.
* Shipping is at your cost. We encourage you to send the items back to us via traceable method eg: Track and Trace courier as we are not responsible for items which are not received.
* Once we receive the item - Outback Surf Shop will organise a credit.         
* For a FAULTY product please email a photo and description of the fault for assessment from the supplier who may choose to replace, repair or credit any items proven to be faulty.
* Refunds will only be offered on Faulty items at the discretion of the supplier.
* PLEASE NOTE: Refunds for faulty items can take up to 5 working days to process.

Just package up the item(s) neatly that you are returning together with a copy of the invoice provided with your order and address it to:

For returns for credit, once we receive and process your item(s), we will email you with your credit voucher.

Using your credit voucher is easy!  Just hop onto our website and add items you like into your cart as usual.  When you get to checkout just insert your credit voucher code and click 'Apply' then proceed as you normally do to complete your order.


WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
If you have a faulty product that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, follow the Return steps above. Faulty products may be returned outside of the regular return time frames recorded above. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between Outback Surf Shop and the customer when a purchase is made.
Please enclose your original invoice with a detailed description of the fault.  
Unfortunately we cannot cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident.
We will also adhere to the Fair Trading Act 1986, which protects you from being misled or unfairly treated by traders or shops. The Act is here to prohibit misleading or deceptive conduct, false representations and unfair practices. It also sets out when information about certain products must be disclosed to consumers, and helps ensure products are safe.
We do not provide refunds when an item does not fit or when you don't like an item (please see "CREDIT RETURNS POLICY").


PRICING & DISCOUNT POLICY


PRICING
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. If you're in New Zealand prices are inclusive of GST. Additional charges for shipping usually apply (please see Shipping). All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Keep in mind that if you're outside New Zealand, your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Sorry, but we can't cover that cost for you.

DISCOUNT POLICY
From time to time Outback Surf Shop may make special promotional offers including but not limited to price discounts, volume discounts, shipping discounts, etc. These offers are made purely at the discretion of Outback Surf Shop and can be withdrawn at any time. The nature of these offers, the timing of these offers and the terms associated with these offers are also purely at the discretion of Outback Surf Shop. No discount will be applied retroactively. Unfortunately, that sometimes means that a customer may pay more for an item if they purchase before an offer is publicised or after an offer ends. Please do not take this personally as these things do happen. 

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are issued in NZ Dollars only, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase further gift vouchers. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Change will not be given on gift vouchers and any balance will remain on the voucher. 



SHIPPING
NEW ZEALAND:
WE USE Courier Post (Non-Signature required tracked courier).

Standard orders are processed when credit card authorization and/or bank deposit has cleared. Admin and shipping is done Monday-Friday. Orders shipped via Courier Post typically arrive within 3-5 business days - Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays within NZ, AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT VIA EMAIL -Allow an extra day or two for rural deliveries.


AUSTRALIA
To all our friends in Oz, Outback Surf Shop will happily ship across the ditch. Once dispatched your order may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
We will try our best to get your item to you as fast as we can.


INTERNATIONAL

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees

Laybuy payments are facilitated by Laybuy and are independent of Outback Surf Shop. When signing up to Laybuy you agree to the Laybuy Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding to any Laybuy payments are between you and Laybuy.
